Érico has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Law and has worked in well-known law firms in São Paulo. His work is focused on M&A, Corporate Law, Venture Capital and Wealth Planning. 

Before joining FAS Advogados, Érico was a partner at b/luz Advogados, where he led important national and cross-border operations, with emphasis on transactions involving technology, education, advertising and fintechs companies. 

Additionally, his experience also includes participation in different corporate restructurings and estate planning, as well as assistance in various corporate discussions, creation of SOPs and projects to improve coporate governance. 

Érico also has a prominent role in the academic field, having published several articles in renowned magazines and legal books, as well as teaching at important educational institutions in the country, such as Damásio Educacional and IBMEC.
