Mirella Giovannetti has professional experience at J.P. Morgan Bank, working in Private Banking, preparing and reviewing complex financial documents and managing risks.
In 2021, she worked at Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados in the Banking and Capital Markets area, handling banking and corporate transactions, including the structuring of investment funds, M&A and Venture Capital deals, and fintech regulation.
She then worked at Banco C6 in the Legal and Regulatory department, analyzing regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and drafting credit and derivatives contracts.
Most recently, she was at Arruda Sampaio Sociedade de Advogados, working with Economic and Antitrust Law, advising companies on corporate transactions before CADE, in the context of merger control proceedings.
