Across three 45‑minute interactive online sessions, our Latin America compliance team, together with specialists from CMS Evidence, will guide you through a fictional investigation scenario that develops step by step, illustrating how technology‑enabled workflows and local legal expertise support effective decision‑making throughout the investigative process.

All the sessions will start at 9am Mexico, 10am Peru, 12pm Brazil/Chile, 4pm CET, 3pm UK. The 45-minute sessions will be held in English.

Part 1 - The trigger: launching an internal investigation in the age of Gen AI   

On 10 February we will focus on how investigations are initiated, triaged, and scoped using AI-enabled workflows while maintaining compliance and defensibility.

On 24 February, we will be demonstrating how AI and analytics accelerate document review and support legal decision-making.
