André Azeredo is the Coordinator of the Tax Litigation practice at FAS Advogados.
With over 15 years of professional experience in Tax Litigation (administrative and judicial) and Tax Advisory, he assists both domestic and foreign clients from various economic sectors in matters involving all types of taxes, including direct, indirect, social security, and real estate taxes.
André has significant experience in recovering tax credits and defending high-value and complex tax assessments. His solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Law, Constitutional Law, and Accounting enables a multidisciplinary approach to defending against improper tax collections, recovering credits, and engaging in tax-related discussions.
