Anna Carolina is a lawyer in Commercial Contracts at FAS Advoagdos.
Graduated at the end of 2025, has approximately four years of legal experience acquired throughout her undergraduate studies, during which she developed a solid practical foundation, particularly in the field of civil procedure.
Her practice initially focused on matters related to medical malpractice, involving case analysis, drafting of legal pleadings, and strategic litigation support. In parallel, she expanded her experience into distinct areas of law, working with civil liability of digital financial institutions, with an emphasis on issues involving fraud, service failures, and consumer relations in the digital environment. In another area of practice, she also gained exposure to matters related to the fiscal liability of insurance companies and telecommunications companies.
Currently, she is engaged in the drafting, review, and analysis of commercial contracts, with a focus on business-to-business relationships in the transportation sector, as well as other business segments.
