Felipe José Mendes da Silva is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at FAS Advogados.
With 12 years of experience in digital law, civil law and consumer law. His practice focuses on technology disputes — software agreements, digital platforms, privacy and data protection — as well as complex civil and consumer litigation.
Prior to joining FAS Advogados, Felipe worked at leading Brazilian law firms, where he handled litigation for technology companies and marketplaces, defending both court proceedings and administrative proceedings before consumer protection authorities, in addition to civil, real estate and commercial representation disputes.
Felipe holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure and a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter.
Felipe researches and writes on the civil liability of internet application providers and on the impacts of artificial intelligence on consumer relations.
