Guilherme Manier is a partner in the Tax Advisory and Planning practice at FAS Advogados.
Guilherme has extensive experience in Tax Law, advising large companies, multinational groups and business families on strategic tax matters. His practice covers the planning and structuring of complex transactions, corporate reorganisations, tax optimisation and preventive tax advice, as well as wealth and succession planning.
Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinating highly complex projects for companies across different industries. He also has significant experience in cross-border transactions and projects, advising clients on matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
Guilherme holds an LL.M. in Tax Law and Accounting and has international experience with the Southwestern Institute for American and International Law (CAILAW) in Texas, United States.
