Isabela is a lawyer in the Compliance, Business Investigations and White Collar Crime practice at FAS Advogados.
A lawyer with a solid background in Compliance, Integrity, and Corporate Investigations, she works on risk mitigation through complex Background Check processes (KYE and KYC) and on drafting technical opinions to support leadership’s strategic decisions. During her time at Liga Solidária, she contributed directly to the structuring of the Integrity Program, managing the whistleblowing channel, conducting internal investigations, and mapping institutional risks.
Isabela specialized in Corporate Criminal Law with an emphasis on the Anti-Corruption Law, collaborating on highly complex memoranda, criminal investigations, and Integrity Due Diligence processes in M&A operations, as well as assisting in the structuring of preventive AML/CFT trainings.
