João Guilherme is a lawyer in the Compliance, Investigations, and Corporate Criminal Law practice at FAS Advogados.
He has experience in the investigative field as a result of his work in a special role within the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor’s Office. During this period, he participated in investigations and operations, including transnational ones, primarily aimed at uncovering economic crimes. As a lawyer, he has taken part in Compliance projects as a secondee at multinational companies operating in Brazil, spending extended periods immersed in the corporate routines of these clients.
