Marcelo Vaz de Oliveira Junior

With extensive academic and professional experience in matters related to Monetary Law and Financial Regulation (banking regulation, payment methods, capital markets, virtual assets, and insurance), he advises financial and payment institutions, financial market infrastructure operators, investment funds, and other entities both nationally and internationally by preparing opinions, corporate policies, contractual instruments, regulations, training, and responding to questions regarding the Brazilian regulatory environment. Marcelo also works on planning and executing the reorganization of prudential conglomerates and on authorization and registration processes for entities supervised by regulatory authorities, such as the Central Bank of Brazil and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
