Mariana Galardi is a lawyer in the Compliance, Investigations and White Collar Crime practice at FAS Advogados.
She has experience in the structuring, assessment, and monitoring of Compliance Programs, focusing on risk identification and management, development of policies and internal controls, third-party due diligence, internal investigations, and the analysis of matters involving conflicts of interest, ethics, and corporate conduct. She also has experience in strengthening corporate governance mechanisms and fostering a culture of integrity, working closely with different business areas to prevent and mitigate risks. Throughout her career, she worked at a multinational company in the infrastructure and construction sector, contributing to the enhancement of its Compliance Program, which was recognized with the Pró-Ética 2025–2026 Seal, awarded by the Brazilian Office of the Comptroller General (CGU). Mariana holds a postgraduate degree in Compliance and Corporate Integrity and is certified in Anti-Corruption Compliance (CPC-A).
