Thais is a lawyer in the Tax Litigation practice at FAS Advogados.
With specializing in administrative and judicial tax litigation, with experience in the strategic management of portfolios of cases involving federal, state, and municipal taxes. She has worked both in law firms and in corporate environments, which provides her with an integrated view of the legal and financial impacts of tax disputes on business operations.
She is a postgraduate student in Tax Law at Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET) (IBET) and has conducted undergraduate research in the field of fundamental rights and public policies. She remains consistently engaged in current studies and debates in Tax Law, including those related to the Tax Reform.
