Gustavo is lawyer in the Capital Markets practice at FAS Advogados.
With a background in corporate advisory and contracts, he has been active in Capital Markets since 2024, accumulating experience in the structuring of securitized credit transactions, with direct involvement in the analysis of regulatory matters before the CVM and in securities issuance processes.
In this field, combining a solid legal foundation with hands-on experience in conducting and advising on structured transactions, he counsels companies and financial institutions across a broad range of Brazilian capital markets operations.
