I have significant professional experience in regulatory, corporate, contracts, and compliance areas, with a focus on Banking, Payments, Fintechs, and Capital Markets. Within my scope of work, I provide legal advice on regulatory matters related to the Sistema Financeiro Nacional and the Sistema de Pagamentos Brasileiro, structuring financial products and services (Pix, Open Finance, cryptocurrencies, credit, payment accounts, among others), and innovative business models, as well as regulatory consulting and structuring of operations involving crypto assets, credit, foreign exchange, and investments.

Moreover, I am involved in various processes for obtaining operating authorizations for institutions regulated by the Banco Central do Brasil and the Comissao de Valores Mobiliários, successfully securing licenses for Payment Institutions, Direct Credit Companies, Securities Dealers, Fiduciary Administrators, Asset Managers, Crowdfunding Platforms, among other entities.
