Pietro Cervelin is a lawyer in Banking & Finance practice at FAS Advogados. His practice is primarily focused on areas related to banking regulation and payment regulations published by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and the National Monetary Council.

He has experience in advising and facilitating authorization processes for financial and payment institutions, managing the entire process until the authorization of the institution's license. This includes the development of internal policies for money laundering prevention, responding to communications from the Central Bank of Brazil, guiding institutions in joining Pix and Open Finance, and evaluating prudential capital requirements, among other tasks.

Pietro is also involved in structuring payment arrangements, issues related to credit card receivables and credit rights, including Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs) and registrars, crypto assets and virtual assets, and foreign exchange.
