JOTA featured the CMS global study, On Your Radar, in a special report. The study, developed with contributions from FAS Advogados, examines key employment law trends across 30 countries and jurisdictions spanning four continents.

The jurisdictions covered include Brazil, Mexico and Peru in the Americas; Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom in Europe; China, India, Hong Kong and Singapore in Asia; and Angola, South Africa and Mauritius in Africa.

The study addresses topics such as pay transparency, the right to disconnect, artificial intelligence and new employment models. In Brazil, key areas of focus include the management of psychosocial risks under Regulatory Standard No. 1 (NR-1) and ongoing discussions surrounding pejotização (the engagement of individuals as independent contractors through legal entities), both of which are relevant to corporate risk management and business decision-making.
