With five years of experience in mass and strategic labor litigation, Lucas has extensive experience in carrying out all the essential labor justice processes, both with speed and dedication to sensitive cases. He includes planning defense strategies, interviewing witnesses, filing challenges, appeals, appeals, evidentiary hearings, oral arguments, and residual enforcement actions.
He has also worked as a consultant on collective bargaining, drafting collective bargaining agreements (ACTs), collective bargaining agreements (CCTs), MPT oversight, and internal compliance for maritime support companies, aiming to better protect clients' assets and operations.
He has also performed delegated internal legal activities, such as adjusting CBOs (Current Compensation Plan), union registration, verifying apprenticeship quotas, PWD quotas, and drafting advanced legal theses with case law research before the Superior Labor Court (TST).
He began his practice with specific partnerships, defending domestic employers, self-employed workers, and plaintiffs, focusing on labor and social security partnerships as needed.
